Translation editing popup window won't open again after closing #11

While resource editing on tab Translations (TV) the form popup window for language specific translation won't open, It opens only for the first time. To open it again after closing or save, I must close resource editing and open it again. The Firebug shows following error:
TypeError: b.dom is undefined http://my-domain.com/manager/assets/ext3/ext-all.js Line 21
