Missing Menu

Fresh install of MODx 2.3.1 with no other modules installed.
Ran through these steps listed below, however the "Manager tab migxMultiLang' -> Manager shows me MIGX Languages" does not display.

Installed MIGX 2.6.6 via Packet Manager -> I can see the new Manager Tab 'components' with MIGX inside
Installed migxMultiLang 1.0.0 via Packet Manager -> I can see the new Manager Tab 'migxMultiLang'
Installed pdo Tools 1.9.0-pl2 via Packet Manager
Modified System Setting (in Area pdotools): changed value of pdoFetch.class to pdotools.mmlfetch

setup migx:

went to the new Manager Tab 'Components/MIGX' -> Manager shows me MIGX Management UI
stayed at first Tab 'Package Manager'
filled the field for Package Name with the value 'migxmultilang'
then switched in the subtabbing to tab 'create Tables'
and clicked on create tables

setup migxMultiLang:

went to new Manager Tab 'migxMultiLang' -> Manager shows me MIGX Languages

Any roadmap as to when this module will be ready for Revo 2.3.1 ?
