Ability to set default settings (maybe even lock down settings)

I prefer to show all the codes on the home-screen (option in settings is called: (All of them, on home).
Having the ability to set this as default for new users would be great.

A general ability to set defaults (maybe lock down settings for new and existing users, via docker-env) would be great.

People in our region might be slower than others, but this would really be a nice feature.
Only today i figured out why people reported that their registered codes went missing, they simply forgot to hit 'save' after registering the account.
It can be solved with setting the 'Autosave' option per user but having a central policy with default options would really ease the pain :)

I only figured it out by handholding a user while registering his 2FA account.
