window size not adjusting to screen size properly

This is a problem we discussed before: Under unknown conditions, the size of the window is not adjusted correctly. It used to happen on my macbook with google chrome, and it is now happening on my ubuntu machine with google chrome, while the macbook is OK recently.

I've never seen this, I cannot reproduce this issue on any device or screen I own, so therefore I can't fix it unfortunately. @sebastian-nehrdich if you can reproduce it I suggest we can have a call and try to fix it on your machine.

I've never seen it and cannot reproduce it either.
