Add link to segment numbers in text-view

The text view currently shows the segment nr on the left hand side of the text:

it would be great if we could add a 'copy link' button or something similar to these with the text-view url and this specific segment as active_segment value. This could be very helpful for users who want to send out a link to a specific text position in the database. On the old page, these segment numbers where clickable in order to serve this purpose.
Clickable could also work. Especially in the third column, it could be very helpful for the users to be able to open the text at a given segment nr in a new tab if they want to explore more context etc.
