Text View - Options - Display - Select part of text not working

In the Text View settings, under Options - Display - Show Matches from selected text setting is currently not working.
Sebastian has made a new endpoint /utils/active-segment-for-folio/ for this. When the user selects a section from the dropdown list, this API query needs to run and retrieve the active segment that goes with the folio and set that active segment and scroll to that position.
