Using response from REST api query

Apologies, this seems like a simple/newbie question. Any help appreciated.

Looking to add row in table using value from Rest query. However not sure of bindings to use, {{ steps.External Data Connector.response }} is adding {"value":"10.2"}. I just need the second item in the array (10.2) to add into Temperature field in table.

There's probably a way to do this in the query transform as well, but not sure how.
