TomoMaster supports network information

We cloned TomoStats from EthStats (https://github.com/tomochain/netstats), but the product works unstable and show a lot of waste information.
(EthStats will be overload with 150 MNs, blocktime 2s, just only suitable for PoW chain, 40 nodes and blocktime)

So we will sunset TomoStats.

This issue is for developing TomoMaster to supports displaying all useful information as below:

• Node software version
• Node latest block
• Node name
