After I deployed my contract at address https://explorer-testnet.tomochain.com/address/0x10468fe285ca842a2a6d3d9f204b0b545ed66eb9 and verify source code, the info page show nothing but '500' status

It looks like a web3js bug: web3/web3.js#1629.
I think we should display a more friendly error message than a '500 status' error
