Most of the game configuring doesn't work yet

AutoIt3 can't control the combobox controls of the Lobby/Host dialog. We could also set some values in the registry before starting the game.
For maps we would need to calculate an index of the selected map.

Fixed in 0.3.0 by just displaying the normal hosters dialog. No need to replicate everything for an autoit gui - this will become interesting again in case we make that fullscreen controller compatible SDL gui.
