Display date of update of a lesson

@danieleguido I would like to ask how it is possible to have displayed for the lessons a date indicating when a lesson is updated. I prepare a major update of one of the lessons, published in 2021, with the author of one of the assignments and it would be nice to show, through the date, that the lesson has been adapted. Thanks a lot.
