v3.4.5

Context: a user is editing the description of a bug.

Steps:

  1. User selects some text
  2. User clicks the checkbox button in the markdown toolbar

Problem: a stray ### is added on top of the checkbox items

I think this was meant to be used as a title for the checkbox item group. The toolbar was imported as a library and I don't think the markdown-toolbar supports fine tuning of string change as of now.
