User found that their pipeline run failed due to timing out of the rules bbmerge and kraken. Given the issue with #66 can we update the cluster.json file with the following lines, and update the GUI so it's ready for use?

  1. under bbmerge add a this line: "time": "1-00:00:00"
  2. under kraken add a this line: "time": "1-00:00:00"
