Styling: Horizontal profile listview ui is unintutive to use

Description

The horizontal scrollable section displaying user-created profiles has UI issues that need attention. When there is only one profile, the scrolling functionality remains active, which is unnecessary and creates confusion. Additionally, when scrolling to the right using the arrow, the profile tag on the left unexpectedly gains a green color, which appears unintuitive and out of context. The overall user experience of this feature feels buggy and lacks clarity, making it difficult to use effectively. A redesign or refinement of the UI and interaction patterns is needed to improve the intuitiveness and functionality of this section.
