CEmu seemingly does not transfer 8xv file

What's wrong, and with what software version?

Describe your issue:
I'm working on a game and noticed this issue.
Basically CEmu will acknowledge the file but won't transfer it to the calc's memory.
More specifically, vargci should be stored in the archive but it does as if nothing happened.
I'm providing two test files to check for this issue.
Program will report an error if it has not found vargci.

What are the steps to reproduce this issue?

1. Transfer vargci.8xv file to CEMU
2. Check with memory manager to see if the file has been transfered (it hasn't)

Any logs, error output, screenshot, other comments...?

Under Calculator Send, it does show the 8xv being sent. But as i noted above, it's as if nothing happened as the program in question does not get transfered to the memory.

I should mention that this all works on real hardware. (I tested with TILP on Linux)

Ok so when i switched it to all upper case, it would also start working on CEmu. I'm unsure if that should get fixed but i believe it should reflect the real hardware (perhaps have a warning ?)
