Quantitatively characterising the shape of the placozoa over time

Once the placozoa shape is reconstructed and tracked, one can extract its shape dynamics over time.

Difficulties

Finding good shape descriptors
Coping for when the organism is partially outside of the field of view
Coping with camera mouvements
