Detailed record for documents (modifications required)

Here are the modification needed on the detailed view for documents

Access online

• When there is no ebook version of the document: below "Request the e-book", add a text: "We will do our best to give you access to the ebook, but please note that not all books are made available as ebooks by providers."

Tab: "Detail":

• Do not display the source of the keywords.

• The alternative titles are currently displayed behind "Others", they should be displayed at this level:
  -> the subtitle should be displayed beside the title, with a ":" to make the separation.
  -> The other alternative titles should be displayed below the main title having on the same line titles and subtitles.

Tab: "Identifier":

• Make identifiers clickable: Arxiv number, Inspire ID, DOI:

Tab: "Publications":

• Replace "Publications" by "Publishing in"
• Show the Publication year (publication_info.year)
• Display the relation to a periodical currently visible at the top of the details page in this tab, replacing the text "This is part of the series:" -> "This is part of the periodical".

Tab: "Conferences":

• Display the conference dates in a more user friendly manner #692
• Do not display the CERN conference code
• "Series" -> "Series number"

Tab: "Copyright":

• License, the link to the license should be activated.
• Add a space between license material and "maintained by Creative Commons.
• Copyright: if not copyright notice, do not display parenthesis.

Relations, series:

• When there are several series, the display is broken, with useless spaces.

Statistics:

• Can the statistics (views/downloads) be hidden if the user is not logged in in the catalogue?
