Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
When deploying the solution, it might be interesting to support other database than PostgreSQL.

Describe the solution you'd like
Implement multiple database provider supports.
Let the DB provider choice at the configuration.

Describe alternatives you've considered
N/A

Additional context
Azure Web App supports Mysql in App which is great to provide more cost effective deployment solution.

This issue doesn't impact the current deployment and bicep templates
