基于罗静初老先生的建议，优化了几个TBtools小功能：

1. 去除 Update 摁钮；
2. 去除 Fasta Extract 的初始化摁钮；
3. 优化关闭时托盘提示。

The summer vacation is coming to an end.

1. fix a little bug to suport non-acsii code in file paths;
2. from now on, all release will add a TBtools_JRE1.6.jar file to support other developer who would like to make a linux package.
