Consider adding screen orientation to centerOn* messages

Looking though the API spec, I don't see any way to set the orientation of the map. Consider adding that to a future version, perhaps on the following messages.

• center on center
• center on location
• center on xyx, etc

along the same lines, for 3d maps, pitch, raw, rotation, and other similar settings may be appropriate too
