Needs better editor integration. Cannot use existing Visual Shortcode or Metabox editor integrations

Going to say the other plugin phase for read-only reference is at least passable for-now. Need to focus on copy insert using the priv ajax hook to insert to the editor. Purpose of that being to pull in content sections rendered as a placeholder or template / layout / part for content.
