The _twin_refln_f_squared_calc and _twin_refln_f_squared_calc_individual data items are now defined as Measurands (i.e. are allowed to have standard uncertainty values) while in the DDL 1 version of this dictionary they were not allowed to have SU values. Just wanted to check if this change was on purpose.

I believe it was, because F_squared_calc in the core dictionary also has an SU.
