Task Executions page: Error message trigger can be stood down/ disabled

From the pipelines page: https://portal.conp.ca/pipelines
When you clikc (top right) Browse pipeline execution records

An error message pops up saying There was an error populating the CBRAIN pipelines.

But then the Tool Executions page https://portal.conp.ca/execution-records loads anyway 👍

This error message could be disabled, perhaps. It may signal that some data is missing, but to the user the page looks ok to a reasonable extent. (though more metadata would be useful to display, like date of execution)
