Clean up W3C references from documentation and examples

We have a lot of references in the documentation from our W3C "heritage". We also have examples where the name of a test application direct names W3C (which is a bit weird in the first place).

Ex:
See client/demo/W3CClient not sure what a name like W3CClient refers to - HTTP ?

Suggestion :

1. Go thru documentation and replace W3C reference where that makes sense.
2. Overlook examples and possibly rename where that makes sense.
