The book order links are not working, since the script has been moved. E.g. http://cress.soc.surrey.ac.uk/web/includes/book-order-gateway.php?title=Agent-based%20Models&author=Gilbert%2C%20Nigel&pb=1412949645

Ask Nigel to move the script to a new location in the server
Update links in all related book contents.
