When both Deskulpt and Wallpaper Engine are loaded, the live wallpapers from Wallpaper Engine will stuck. Only when Deskulpt is exited will the live wallpaper play normally. This problem is Windows-specific since Wallpaper Engine only supports WIndows (and Android). The problem could either be on Deskulpt side or Wallpaper Engine side.

Since Rainmeter works with Wallpaper Engine, and I believe many people would like to use dynamic wallpaper and desktop customization tool together, this does sounds like a critical issue.

Have you tried to locate the root cause? For instance, does a single always-on-bottom window trigger the issue, or plus maximized/transparent?
