Events log should show if handlers and reviewers have chosen to show their remark to applicant or not.

Maybe an eye icon + info text?

:i.fas.fa-eye and :i.fas.fa-eye-slash
rename :application/public to something else since it's not about application being public but the events. Consider something like :application.event/public or just event/public
populate :application/public for all the events in the back-end
