[Mobile] Board member page is distorted on mobiles with smaller screen width

Describe the bug
When viewing the Board Members page on a phone with screen width < ~400 (iPhone 6,7,8-- Galaxy S9...), board member cards are distorted by the position title "Communications Coodinator" going out of bounds of the card.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Navigate to board member page
2. If using Chrome or Firefox, use "Responsive Design Mode" to view the page as if viewing on a mobile phone. Select IPhone 6,7,8 or Galaxy S9.
3. Observe the page is distorted

Expected behavior
All cards should be the same size and no elements within the card should go beyond the boundaries of the card. The "board position" element within the card should stretch the card (and all other cards) in order to accommodate the length of text.
