It would be nice to make a new Hatch project a git repository as apart of the new command process.

Hehe so that introduces the problem of git submodules.

Unless we also autogenerate a gitignore that by default ignores hatch_modules

Also, that is a great idea about the .gitignore, I have also noticed that. There are several assets that we generate that should be ignored. I am going to make a ticket about that now.
