What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

  • z2u0b
  1. Worked on implementing notifications feature, both front-end and back-end, as well as front-end deployment.
  2. Deployment of front-end and back-end separately was a challenge but got resolved.
  3. Implementing live Chat back-end as well as bug fixes.

What did you work on this past iteration (2 weeks)?

  • integrated user details with the user profile
  • created edit user profile page and set up the integration
  • integrated offering actions (accept, decline, rescind and post)
  • added filters to search
  • made some modifications to cards to have better responsiveness
  • integrated user reviews

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

  • no major challenges directly related to the project (a bit of personal challenge due to illness)
  • some authentication bugs made development slightly challenging but manageable

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration?

  • bug fixes
  • chat frontend
  • maybe some application optimization (if time permits)

  • Adjusted MakeOffer button to conditionally display login modal or make offer modal depending on if user is logged in
  • Completed OffersReceived section of UserProfile
    -- FE: Accept/Decline & Preview Cards & Details Modal
  • Completed OffersSent section of UserProfile
    -- FE: Rescind & Preview Cards & Details Modal
  • Minor bug-fixes

What were any major issues/challenges you ran into?

  • Lag caused by shoddy personal internet speeds made development very painful
  • Authentication error when logged in as a non-gmail user also hindered development

What do you plan to work on for this coming iteration?

  • Pair programming on FE of live chat
  • Bug fixes
  • Responsiveness of app (if time permits)

  • Issue with deployment
