when i use it in smpl with SMPL_MODEL_PATH, this is no some args in pkl model .

You'll have to run prepare_smpl_model from prepare_model.py first. This converts the MPI files from OFFICIAL_SMPL_PATH to the project-internal format in SMPL_MODEL_PATH.
