I recently encountered a potential issue - in a survey created on the free version, I had one question that was very long. The slug that was autogenerated ended up being 283 characters long. Unfortunately, this seems to have caused a problem when saving the responses to that particular question...no error was found either the editor interface or in the logs.
This issue can be easily avoided by manually changing the slug to a shorter value (under 200 char?) but it's unfortunate that this doesn't happen automatically or at least flag as a potential issue, as it's easy to miss that one field isn't collecting data in a longer form.
WordPress Version: 4.9.15
PHP Version: 7.0.33-0+deb9u9
MySQL Version: 5.5.5
Caldera Forms Version: 1.8.4
