Vortex issue with game extensions

Hi, I have just installed Vortex and their seems to be a problem with the game extensions failing to start. I am not sure what the problem is to do with, but I thought I would let the contributors to the repository know about it.

@MatthewAllan93 Can you reproduce this with a Vortex version installed directly (i.e. not using Scoop)? Make sure to uninstall the Scoop-provided version first using scoop uninstall vortex.

When installing directly not using Scoop, the game extensions start and are enabled.

The "workaround" for now appears to be launching the Vortex directly (for example, through ...scoop\apps\vortex\1.8.4\Vortex.exe instead of using the current junction, as the discussion above pointed out.
