Script stuck on --e services during metadata fetch

We are facing an issue with one organisation that contain several VDC (all linked is org network)
We were able to run topology and bridging without issue but during services, the script is stuck after fetching metadata.
We left the script running for 1 hour but nothing happened.
We couldn't find any error in the logs and we were able to run the last API request shown in the logs.

We tried to run a migration on a different VDC which has the same type of specific configuration in the edge (sub interface) and the migration was successfull.
Has this issue been encountered ?
