The only working Extensions thats supports graphviz. This also supports wiki internal links directly from graph.

Instead of using the mentioned extension it would also be possible to use the extensions

and provide the graphviz support with https://github.com/mdaines/viz-js

That's a very interesting idea - I didn't know about that library. Diagram rendering seems to be a lot more reliable when it's done client-side (i.e., via JavaScript) rather than server-side.
