aes支持不同的分组方式，也支持设置nonce，现在好像都是写死了，也没说是哪种，需要完善下

默认实现是ECB模式, 且暂未包含padding的实现, 原因是代码来源于openssl(兼容), 有兴趣可以提个PR一起来逐步完善.
