Enable partners to embed the chatting experience into their products.

Key Considerations

When developing our own embed code feature, consider the following:

• Integration Methods: What way do we offer embedded feature?
  • iframe: easier for non-tech users.
  • JavaScript SDK: customization & authentication would be more feasible than iframe.
• Customization Options: Allow users to customize the look and feel of the embedded analytics to align with their brand identity.
