What’s the problem you're trying to solve

Before every release, we need some published packages to do some manual tests, but we only publish our packages while releasing.

Describe the solution you’d like

Build the updated packages (use nx affected) at 00:00 CST every day with pre-release tags in dev channel. e.g. @vulcan-sql/core:0.1.0-dev.20220907
