Current only supports classpath, should support external files (fs, maybe remote)

Maybe I didn't understand the issue, but is not it implemented already? It looks like the cloud.caravana.anonymouse.Configuration class has a "add" method already that can receive an URL point to a configuration. Am I right?

Sorry for my misunderstanding if I'm wrong, okay?
