The animation timing for this VL example is different between desktop and mobile:

This is happening with all of the examples in the Animation section of the VL Dev Center.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open this in desktop:
   https://carto.com/developers/carto-vl/examples/#example-animate-feature-width
2. Open it from a mobile phone.
