Define a updatePodAnnotation function to get "old" pod, write annotation with the assigned status, and return "new" pod
Patch pod annotation with 2 strings: "AssignFlag{true, false}" and "ResourceAssumeTime"
Define a GetGPUIDfromPodAnnotation function to read pod.ObjectMeta.Annotations and return alnair vGPU ID.
