Add a page with all rentals

To access the page :

Add new button in the main menu under Floor plan for "Rentals"
Access : Centech only, others can view the history on their company's page.

Search options :

Search by company name (CharField) (optional)
Search by room code (Dropdown list) (optional)
Search between dates (optional)

Search results :

Newest rentals first
20~50 results per page
- (test with best result - page shouldn't be longer than 1 wheel-scroll down)
Details include : Room code, Company, Date start/end, Cost (when implemented)

Admin tools :

New rental button
Modify/Delete buttons
Force floor map update?
- Shouldn't be needed, but assures user that floor map is really updated
