Functionality - When the main page token/coin list is refreshed, the balance resets to 0 before it is updated. The current balance value should not reset to 0. Pass current balance to reducer instead of a payload of 0. You will also need to track what currency(USD, CAD, BTC) the user is viewing so you do not reset the balance to the wrong currency. #194
