Issue summary
Forest externs for the FVM are not covered by any test cases, this can lead to state mismatch situations (ie #2083 or #2958).

There is an open Epic in the ref-fvm repository tracking the testing of syscall as well.

Task summary

  • In a first step make a proposition on how we should test ForestExtern

Acceptance Criteria

  • Regressions or incorrect implementation for any extern are detected
