Storage logo should redirect to Buckets #2173

Describe the bug
When you click the Storage logo (located top left) is redirecting to CIDs instead of Buckets

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Login to Storage
Click on Storage logo

Expected behavior
Redirects to /buckets
