Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It will be nice to support other languages in Storage besides English

Describe the solution you'd like
Add the same languages that we have in Files or start with Spanish/French/English

Technical Requirements

Add all necessary translation files
Add a language picker in the settings menu
Tests that language is switched (See similar tests on the Files side
