Issue on docs: AWS Deployment guide contains outdated Dockerfile CMD

In the blog post dedicated to deployment on AWS, the guide does not include setting the host to 0.0.0.0 which leads to the running application to return an empty response.

I suggest to add a section with a recommended Dockerfile to the main deployment docs, since this is very misleading and is anyway needed for any containerized deployment.
