P1: Filter feature for blog page

Feature request

What is the expected behavior?
A search bar and a search button + a drop down filter which helps easily find blogs on our blog page. The filter will have defined categories that each of the blogs are tagged to.

What is motivation or use case for adding/changing the behavior?
Currently, the blogs appear in the order of their publishing date (recent -> old), but there is no way to filter/navigate through them.
A search/filter feature will help readers navigate through blogs basis interest.

How should this be implemented in your opinion?
Sharing a reference here. The filter should have the following options (currently subject to change):

1. Our Work
2. Our Team's experience
3. About Samagra

The same tags should also be added in the backend/CMS to help categorise the blogs.
