When rendering his model: khronos-NormalTangentTest as featured here on the model fidelity test page.

You can see in the V-Ray results one of the columns (indicated by the red arrow I added), the bulge is inward rather than outward. This is incorrect. This suggests that tangent / UV handling isn't inline with the other renderers. I suspect it is a loading issue.
