M4G media keycodes don't emit a value on Windows #157

If I use a keycode reader such as https://keycode-visualizer.netlify.app/

pressing the media keys UP, DOWN, MUTE on my laptop keyboard will emit 175, 174, 173 respectively.

assigning these keys on the M4G through https://charachorder.io/config/layout/ causes nothing to be output when pressed

here is an example layout

I also tried placing the keycodes on layer 1 to rule out issues with holding the layer 3 key
